I am sure some of the songs from the 80’s are still “ringing in your ears” (similar but not exactly:
“Ohrwurm”) but be careful because in English, der Ohrwurm is something not very unpleasant… 
We would normally say; “I can get that catchy song/ melody out of my head”.
